4. Site Access & Induction

  • Induction must be completed prior to site entry
  • Sign in/out daily
  • Visitors must be escorted
  • Follow all hospital/site protocols

5. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

Mandatory PPE:

  • Safety boots
